Edifice of Trust

Following the path explored by the groundbreaking book, Principled Policy that analyzed the American Social Contract and outlined a framework of how to understand the most important public policy issues of our time, the second edition of Edifice of Trust reviews the most important social issues of the twenty-first century within the framework of the American Founding Principles. The second edition of the book discusses how to apply Enlightenment principles to the breaking news stories of today and analyzes the policy positions of the new Trump administration. As a candidate President Trump elaborated a “what works” philosophy that was more similar to Mrs. Clinton’s and President Obama’s way of thinking than the Founders. The future course of America is still in flux and we need principled leadership to help us chart our course.
